Accessibility

How the library is built so everyone can read and use it, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Our aim

This library should be easy to read and use for everyone, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use. These are the measures it takes today.

What the site does

  • Every page opens with a “Skip to content” link, and every link, button and form field can be reached from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • The peptide picker on the home page works from the keyboard: the arrow keys move between peptides, and Home and End jump to the first and last.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the 3D molecule scenes do not animate: a still image takes their place.
  • The 3D scenes are illustrations. Each one carries a text label, and each peptide’s name and sequence are written out as text on its page.
  • Pages follow your device’s light or dark setting.
  • Layouts reflow down to a 320-pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling, and wide tables scroll inside their own panel, which can be focused from the keyboard.
  • Questions on the FAQ open and close with standard controls that screen readers announce.

How we check it

In October 2026 the library’s pages were checked with the axe accessibility engine against WCAG 2.2 level AA, in light and dark themes, at phone and desktop widths, and the issues it found were fixed. An automated test also loads every page at five screen widths, from 320 to 1,440 pixels, and fails if anything runs past the edge of the screen.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of the library is hard to use, please tell us through the contact page of Med Spa @ Sandusky Wellness. Say which page you were on and what got in the way, and we will reply by email.
