Who we are

The Sandusky Wellness Peptide Library is published for Dr. Gregg Winnestaffer and Med Spa @ Sandusky Wellness in Sandusky, Ohio.

Reading this library asks nothing of you. There is no account to create, and the only details the site receives are the ones you type into one of its forms.

What the forms collect, and why

Each form shows, beside the box you tick before sending, what it sends and to whom.

• For physicians: your name, your email and, if you add it, your practice. These are used to issue your personal code for a ReVia Providers application.
• For individuals: your email address, together with the consent line you agreed to and the time you agreed. These are used so i2b Health can email you a link to its shop, plus an offer when one is active.

Who receives it

This site passes what you enter straight to the one company that needs it, and keeps no copy of its own: it has no database.

• ReVia Providers receives the physician form. It issues your code, keeps a record of it, and credits it to Dr. Winnestaffer. Dr. Winnestaffer sees the name, email and practice on his referral dashboard.
• i2b Health receives the individuals form. It stores your email with the consent line and the time, and emails you the link. Dr. Winnestaffer’s dashboard shows only the domain of your address (for example •••@example.com).

How long it is kept

This site stores nothing you type into a form, so there is nothing here to keep or delete. ReVia Providers and i2b Health keep what they receive for the purpose described above; to have your details removed, see “Your choices” below.

Cookies and analytics

This site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies for visitors. Its one cookie is the sign-in cookie for Dr. Winnestaffer’s private referral dashboard, which expires after eight hours.

The library’s fonts, images and 3D models are served from this site itself, so reading a page sends nothing to another company.

Hosting

The library is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address and the address of the page you ask for, so that it can deliver the page.

When you send a form, the site also uses your IP address to limit how many times a form can be sent from one address in ten minutes. It is held only in the server’s memory, never written to storage, and used for nothing else.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as the Med Spa’s shop and GiddyUpp, and the forms lead on to ReVia Providers and i2b Health. Once you follow a link, that website’s own privacy policy applies. Messages you send through the Med Spa’s contact page are covered by the Med Spa’s privacy policy.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete details you sent through one of this library’s forms, contact us through the contact page of Med Spa @ Sandusky Wellness. We pass the request on to ReVia Providers or i2b Health, whichever holds your details.

You can unsubscribe from i2b Health’s emails at any time, and you can also ask us through the same contact page.
